Submit a Return Request:
Submit a return request by sending an email to our Support Center with the following details: 1) Your order number, 2) Purchase Receipt, and 3) Reason for return.

Return the Item:
Ship the item to the provided address as per the instructions. Ensure you send us proof of return, including a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Refund or Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds may take the following time to process after approval:
